Terms and Conditions: friendly-123

1. What it is. friendly-123 is a web app for keeping inventory, sales and commissions for small shops, consignment and fairs.
2. License to use. When you activate a license you get the right to use the app for your business. You may not copy, clone, resell or redistribute the app or its code.
3. Trial and payment. You can try everything free for 30 days, with no limits. If you do not activate a license after the 30 days, the app goes into read-only mode: your data is never deleted. The license lasts 5 years, with no subscription or monthly payments, and includes all updates during those 5 years and support by WhatsApp and email. Payment is made through PayPal. Price: US$399 one time for the 5-year license, with no per-user charges.
4. Your data is yours. We do not own your business data.
5. No guarantee of results. The app helps you organize your business, but it does not guarantee sales or accounting or tax results. Check your important figures.
6. Liability. We are not responsible for losses caused by missing backups, lost devices or data deleted from the browser.
7. Termination. We may suspend a license that is used to copy the app or in violation of these terms.
