1. Your business data stays on your device

Products, sales, customers, inventory and commissions are saved in your device's browser (the browser's local storage). We do not store them on our servers.

2. Sync between devices (optional)

If you turn on sync, your data travels between your devices through a relay server, end-to-end encrypted. That server cannot read it.

3. License

To validate your license, the app sends our license server (Cloudflare) a device identifier, your license code and the contact details you entered (name, email, WhatsApp, business name and device nickname).

4. Fault detection

To find and fix errors we send Sentry and PostHog only technical information (errors and anonymous usage signals). Never your business data.

5. External services that see your IP address

• ipapi.co: to estimate your country and time zone (this can be turned off).
• Google Fonts: some screens load typefaces from Google.
• PayPal and WhatsApp: only if you click to pay or to write to us; they open on their own sites.

6. Cookies

friendly-123 does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses browser storage only to work.

7. Your rights

You can view and delete your business data whenever you want: it is on your device and is erased when you clear the browser data. To correct or delete your license record, write to staff@friendly123.com. Applicable law: Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales).

8. Backups

You are responsible for your backups. The app lets you export them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will say so on this page with the update date.
